1. Products Covered
This EULA applies to:
- Lead Generation Mastery (free lead magnet ebook)
- Mastering Email Marketing (ebook — part of paid bundle)
- From Cold to Closed (ebook — part of paid bundle)
- 100+ Business Project Templates (Excel/Word template pack — part of paid bundle)
- Any bonus materials included with the above (checklists, swipe files, etc.)
2. License Type
BizStrategyNest grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal license to access and use the products you have received or purchased, subject to the conditions below.
The underlying content of PLR-sourced products is licensed to BizStrategyNest under Private Label Rights. BizStrategyNest has rebranded and customized these products. This EULA defines the rights extended to you as the end user.
3. What You ARE Allowed to Do
Free Lead Magnet — Lead Generation Mastery
- Read and use the content for personal learning and application.
- Share the ebook with others (e.g., send the download link or file to a friend or colleague).
- Reference or cite ideas from the ebook for your own content, with attribution.
Paid Bundle — Ebooks (Mastering Email Marketing / From Cold to Closed)
- Read, download, and use the ebooks for personal and business education.
- Share the ebooks internally within your own organization or team.
- Adapt, edit, or rewrite the content substantially to create your own original product for sale, provided your version is meaningfully different from the original (see Section 4 for restrictions).
Paid Bundle — 100+ Business Project Templates
- Download and use the templates for your own business operations.
- Edit, customize, and fill in the templates for personal or commercial use.
- Share individual completed (filled-in) templates with clients or collaborators as part of your services.
- Rebrand and substantially modify the templates and include them in your own paid products or services, provided the templates are meaningfully transformed (see Section 4).
4. What You Are NOT Allowed to Do
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Resell, redistribute, or give away the ebooks or templates in their original, unmodified form. You may not repackage and sell them as-is, even under a different name.
- Claim original authorship of unmodified content.
- Upload the products to file-sharing platforms, torrent sites, or any public repository for free or paid distribution without substantial modification.
- Sublicense, transfer, or assign your license rights to another party.
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, disclaimers, or branding from the original files without replacing them with your own.
- Use the products to create competing products that are substantially similar to the originals for sale on the same channels.
5. The Modification Standard
If you intend to resell or redistribute content derived from these products, "substantial modification" means:
- Rewriting at least 40% of the original text in your own voice and style.
- Adding original sections, frameworks, examples, or insights not present in the original.
- Rebranding with your own name, logo, and identity.
- Restructuring the content so it serves a different purpose or audience than the original.
Simply changing fonts, colors, or the cover image does not constitute substantial modification.
6. Intellectual Property
The products are protected by copyright law. BizStrategyNest retains all intellectual property rights in the versions delivered to you. Your license does not grant you any ownership of the content.
7. No Warranty on Results
These products are provided for educational purposes. We make no representation or guarantee that using the strategies, templates, or frameworks contained in the products will produce any specific business result, revenue, or outcome. Results depend entirely on your individual effort, skills, and market conditions.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the products in your possession. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for material breaches of this EULA.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizStrategyNest shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the products, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
