4. Refund Policy — 7-Day Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on paid products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of the purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

To request a refund, email us at hello@bizstrategynest.com with your order details. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be honored. Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., requesting refunds repeatedly across multiple purchases) may result in being denied future purchases.
